SMALL CLAIMS COURT
We help file legal claims in Small Claims Court in Ontario for unpaid debts, contract disputes, and other financial losses—without the high cost of hiring a lawyer.
You can file claims up to $35,000 CAD (increasing to $50,000 CAD in October 2025).
TRAFFIC OFFENCES
We provide legal support for individuals facing traffic and provincial offences, including speeding, red light violations, distracted driving, and impaired driving etc.
LANDLORD & TENANT
We provide legal assistance in resolving landlord and tenant disputes, including matters related to rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, deposit returns, and eviction proceedings.
We help clarify your rights and obligations, and when necessary, represent you in filing applications or attending hearings to protect your legal interests.
EMPLOYMENT DISPUTE
Have you been wrongfully dismissed or not paid your wages? We help employees understand their employment rights, including unpaid wages and workplace violations.
HUMAN RIGHTS (HRTO)
We assist with discrimination claims in employment, housing, or services under the Ontario Human Rights Code, including race, gender, age, and disability etc.
For issues involving federally regulated sectors—such as banks, airlines, and telecommunications—claims may need to be filed with the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).
Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)
We assist with limited types of services authorized by the Law Society of Ontario before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).
We do not provide IRCC applications such as work permits, permanent residency, or study permits.
